Stipend Application Process

As of Fall 2024 the CSUB Affordable Learning Solutions (AL$) is offering two stipends. One for the "Use and/or Creation of OER" and one for the "Use of ZCCM." Individuals may only apply for one stipend. Please fill out the MOU for your desired stipend and email the completed form to klattimore1@csub.edu.

STEP 1: Select your MOU, fill it out, and email it to the AL$ Coordinator

STEP 2: Fill out and submit the "AL$ Faculty Stipend Application"

STEP 3: Submit all materials

STEP 4: Complete and submit your "Faculty Showcase Form"

STEP 5: You're done!

Use of ZCCM MOU
Please email your completed form to the CSUB AL$ Coordinator at klattimore1@csub.edu

AL$ Faculty Stipend Application
Fill out and submit via the link above. This must be completed in addition to the prior MOU agreement in order to proceed with the stipend process.
Submit all materials
Once you have selected or completed your work please email materials to the AL$ Coordinator. Be sure to include your MERLOT ePortfolio link. Your materials will be reviewed before being submitted to make certain all required materials are present.
The submission due date is April 10th.

Submit the "Faculty Showcase Form"
Complete and forward this form to the AL$ Coordinator for the annual AL$ Faculty Showcase.

Zero Cost Degrees and Majors

Does your department have an idea regarding how to create a Z-Degree or Z-Major using zero cost course materials? If so, AL$ funds are available to support your efforts. For more details please contact the AL$ Coordinator, Kirstin Lattimore, at klattimore1@csub.edu
