Stipend Application Process

As of Fall 2024 the CSUB Affordable Learning Solutions (AL$) is offering two stipends. One for the "Use and/or Creation of OER" and one for the "Use of ZCCM." Individuals may only apply for one stipend. Please fill out the MOU for your desired stipend and email the completed form to klattimore1@csub.edu.

STEP 1: Select your MOU (for ZCCM or OER) and complete it. If you're unsure which is more applicable reach out to the AL$ Coordinator.

STEP 2: Fill out and submit the "AL$ Faculty Stipend Application" Google Webform.

STEP 3: Complete your "Faculty Showcase Form" and email it to the AL$ Coordinator along with your MOU.

STEP 4: You're Done!

AL$ Faculty Stipend Application
Fill out and submit via the link above. This must be completed in addition to the prior MOU agreement in order to proceed with the stipend process.
Submit all materials
Once you have selected or completed your work please email materials to the AL$ Coordinator.
These materials include: Your completed MOU & the Faculty Showcase Form. Prior to emailing your materials please ensure you've completed the Faculty Stipend Application Google form as well.
Your materials will be reviewed before being submitted to the CO for the Cool4Ed Portfolio creation process.
The submission due date is April 10th!

Zero Cost Degrees and Majors

Does your department have an idea regarding how to create a Z-Degree or Z-Major using zero cost course materials? If so, AL$ funds are available to support your efforts. For more details please contact the AL$ Coordinator, Kirstin Lattimore, at klattimore1@csub.edu
