MIT Open Courseware offers an extensive series of online courses in Chemistry. Course format generally includes lecture videos, interactive concept quizzes (solution key), problem sets, terms and definitions, suggested topics and links, and exams (with solution key).
WebSpectra -Spectroscopy Problem Solving
This site was established to provide chemistry students with a library of spectroscopy problems. Interpretation of spectra is a technique that requires practice - this site provides 1H NMR and 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY and IR spectra of various compounds for students to interpret.
Ebooks in the Library
The library has an extensive collection of ebooks on a variety of topics. To find what is available, enter your subject in the library catalog and select as a phrase in the drop down menu. If a book is in ebook format, it will say view ebook in the record.
Almost all of the library's ebooks are multiuser. This means that your whole class could access the book simultaneously and for free!
BookBoon offers more than 25 chemistry titles. These books are available for free as downloadable PDFs, but they do include some minimal advertising.
